The dining area seats four. The kitchen has stainless appliances. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Stacked washer & dryer are inside unit. Enjoy your private covered balcony directly overlooking the pool area. Assigned covered parking in front of unit.

Vacation rentals: Turnkey furnished including kitchenware and linens. Units are perfectly suited for snowbirds, short-term vacation rentals and short-term corporate housing.

Complex: This unit is located in a small condo complex called Desert Gold. The complex is very guest friendly, beautifully landscaped and well maintained. You can enjoy the large pool, heated spa or meet your neighbors in the expansive courtyard. The community area has tables, chairs and three gas barbeques, all available for your use. Each unit is privately owned and personalized by the homeowner.
